I bought a product 12 days ago & the seller says it has been dispatched & gave me the Post Office reference. However the machine is asking for a pick up or QR code, neither of which have been sent to me by Ebay
It says that code is available under local pickup details but i can't find it.
Going round in circles - can anyone help please?
