@mk1golf1111   Unless the Seller is a certified distributor the warranty would be an issue with the Manufacturer of the phone.  But they may not honor sales on the internet unless it is from a certified dealer.  If you received an item that was sold as working but it doesn't then it is not as described so you can file a return for that for a refund.

Hi, the phone came with a seller's warranty so I'm unsure of what to do the first phone was faulty and it has been replaced with another faulty phone I would just like him to fix the phone at the end of the day.
