how do you get in touch with ebay when all the web structure fails to provide the needed support.  A seller sent me the wrong item.  Now he says it was delivered.  I can't use the item the seller shipped.  The item is a different model number than was on the listing.  How do I get my money back or get the right item.  

 

I sent many requests via the ebay site.  My claim was denied.  My request for review is being ignored.  Ebay is obviously not reading my detail claim nor reviewing the pictures I submitted.

How do I get a real person at ebay to review this and fix the problem?

What kind of claim did you make?

 

If you filed an "item not received" claim, the seller would win by providing tracking that showed delivery, since you did actually receive something.

 

If an item is not as described, you need to file a return using that as the reason for the return.

The seller will be required to refund you or provide a prepaid return label or pay for shipping and refund when the tracking shows the item has been received. If the seller does not cooperate, you can ask eBay to step in and force a refund in three business days.
