payout for untracked package

I sent package without tracking info and buyer received item but ebay has not marked it received so I have not received payment. How do I get it to show it was delivered & get payment released for this item

The best you can do is mark it as shipped (in the drop down menu next to the item), but without tracking you can't show it was received and will have to wait out the hold period before getting your funds are released.

Shipping without tracking is risky, as it is the seller's only proof of delivery in a case of item not received.  I would never send anything without tracking.
