payoneer problem effect on listing

dear team help us we make sure your instruction of payoneer registration but payoneer delaying to much so i can not listing items due to payoneer. so payoneer take already two month . please help us  when start listing  he said go to resolution center. so when i go resolution center show option update payoneer . payoneer take more time for approved account so i want start listing , how can possible
