Sellers are not paid immediately, the payments are processed through the payment processor and eBay's system and then sent to your checking account.
New and low activity Sellers can have their funds held for up to 30 days or sales over $ 1000. Payments on hold | eBay
You are still expected to ship regardless of payment holds.
