why cant i pay for my items on ebay? i have been doing it for years now all of a  sudden something pops up and say "access denied" why is this? never had this trouble before,  been doing ebay for years and years maybe 30 years  or more?  we used to sell on ebay, now they have thw $600 thing going on, we wont do it until new people get in office and they retract this new way of stealing my money.  too many things are happening to block my business,  i need to be able to pay for my items and not be blocked by accdss denied. please help

"Stealing your money"?  I think one of the reasons they lowered the 1099K threshold was because of all the Sellers who were not reporting their internet sales thinking they can sell tax free ... 

And by the way, that won't be repealed regardless of who is in office.
