payment issues

I made an offer.

It was accepted.

The vendor has a very good status with thousands of sales

I got the email the offer was accepted

I went through the checkout and gave my CC info

It appeared to go through even showing the currency difference

I received and invoice from the vendor

But then it stated the payment wasn't processed, I checked my credit card and it had not been processed.

I tried to complete the transaction but there is no option to pay, I just get a page that states waiting for payment.

It skips over the payment page to the invoice.

The idiot AI assistant can't help, no options offered.

Cannot connect to an agent, it keeps stating none available or something like that.

Now I want to pay.

My CC is good and isn't close to it's limit or expiry date.

It is listed as an accepted method of payment.

Because this was an offer accepted I can't just "buy another" because the total is more. And I don't need two if it somehow goes through at a later date.

Does your seller ship to Canada? If not, the seller may be blocking payments from users with a primary shipping address in a location the seller does not ship to.
