I payed with my credit card on one of my order. But when i checked the description of the item again after i payed, it says it only accept paypal. Im not sure did i really payed or not though it said "Your offer had been placed" after i paid.

If when the Checkout page appeared, you chose the Credit/Debit Card option, that's a payment method run by Paypal.

Paypal worked with your CC issuer to process your credit card purchase price. The money, once Paypal recieved it, was sent by PP to the PP account of the seller of the item you won.

So your seller is paid by Paypal, just like they wanted.
