password rejection

I can't log in to my account because Ebay says  says my password is incorrect although it hasn't changed for many years. I can get a one time code but then I can't change my password because Ebay doesn't accept the old one i've used for years. How do you talk to a living person to sort this out

Try using a new password. Your old password may no longer meet new security requirements.

eBay requires passwords to be at least eight characters and include a number or symbol.

You should be able to reset your password without entering your old password.
