I have never been told I have bad pictures on my items. But I sold this pocket knife with the original box, papers, and bag to a guy.
The very next day when I was shipping it, he requested I cancel the order due to him having a financial hardship. I decline because I don't accept returns and the payment had cleared already.
A few days later he requests a refund because my pictures were bad but he is willing to keep it for half off. I decline, he returns just the knife. He doesn't return the box , paperwork, or bag though.
How should I go about getting this fixed? I dont think I should have to accept a return without the box and paperwork. This makes it very hard to sell again.
