I sold a pre used switch with all the pictures and you can see there is no hdmi cable. But she thought it was and I can see she is a good buyer so I offered to send 25. to buy one.. how would I do this

After you print the label, you can go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped

Locate the order.  Click the down arrow, click Send refund, select a reason, enter 25.00, submit.
