over 1 million

i can't list and item over 1 million. it says i must select offline payment. but there is no place to select it. How can I list over 1 million?

Before trying to figure that out, go to your selling home page and check your personal selling limit.  Most sellers can not list an item in that price range.  With very little selling experience, I think your limit will not allow you to, either.
