order was automatically canceled

Hello,

A buyer asked me to hold his purchase to combine with another one of my items for sale.  I had forgotten that I has set up auto-cancel if not paid within 5 days.  The order was canceled.  Is there a way to reverse this cancellation so that it does not go against the buyer?

You can't reserve the cancellation - you have to relist the item for the buyer to purchase again.

I do not know if you can still ask for an unpaid strike to be removed from your buyer.  The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay  www.twitter.com/ebay
