one page labels for bulk printing

recently,  I noticed my labels are generated with two labels on a page.  My printer is only one page.  I don't know how this changed back to generating two labels per page, but I do not see how to change it back.  Anybody else having this issue or know how to fix this??

Before you click "Confirm and print" look at the bottom of the "Review and pay" window and click Change to reset the label format.
