not receiving my payment from eBay for items sold, customer has paid

I sold items, rec'd payment from customer, eBay has a glitch , first they were deducting what my payment from them should have been.

That was reversed ( they caught it) , BUT I still haven't been paid or have been sent message that sorry for glitch but your payment will happen
