Not able to photograph returned item ....now what? Thanks

What is the reason?  Can you borrow from a neighbor.

Hi @johmought_0 

-Use your smart phone, take a picture, use the email function, send it as an attachment to yourself, get it on your computer, save it to a file, attached it from the file to the return flow

-Have a friend take the picture on their phone and email it to you, then follow the rest of the instructions above

-Have a friend take the picture then load it on THEIR computer and then copy it to a flash drive, hand that to you then you upload it to your computer

-If you have a laptop with a built in camera focus it on the item, take a picture, save it to a file and upload it to the return flow

-This is 2023 there are many ways to get a picture on your computer so unfortunately you are going to have to figure one of them out to complete the return process ... 

-Be creative, think outside the box ... YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
