not able to list

I have not been able to list anything for 4 months. Unable to get this resolved. I need to speak with someone from ebay, but that option is not available. I have had problems with ebay ever since bank account information was updated. been here for 19 years.

Make sure the name you registered with on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account.  If you need to add a middle name or initial, do it in the first name space. 

My ebay > Summary >Account > Personal information

Make sure you use a physical street address and not a P.O. Box.  You can use a P.O. Box as your SHIP FROM address.
