Buyer lives in Florida, I live in NY. Buyer purchased item as a local customer.

If the buyer does not plan a road trip, s/he will have to pay to have the item shipped.  If the buyer has not paid, then send an Invoice with the shipping cost included.  If the buyer has paid, you will need to send an Invoice for the shipping.  You will need to ask for his/her Paypal email address so you can send a MONEY REQUEST using your Paypal account.
