no response on return label

ordered 1/6/23 received 1/11/23 cannot get it to play through tv.

Seller send a return label could not be scanned  found out after going to 2 FedEx offices!!Asked for a pdf version on 1/17/23 still have not received via email an no response from seller!1

Very frustrated.
