no custom sku option

ive watched videos on youtube on how to add custom sku or custom label so you can keep your inventory organized but my pages dont have that option when i make a listing. amyone else have this issue? anyone know how i can resolve this? i contacted ebay support but it was all the same information i found on youtube. the only helpful link they sent me opened my drafts in a way i'd never seen before on my side of the listing, it opened them in a spreadsheet like manner that had the custom sku on the top row, but it didnt let me add or change the empty field.

Make sure you are using the Advanced listing form.  The Custom/SKU entry is under the Title/Subtitle.

Click Customize up in the grey bar on the right. Then choose Custom label (and any other fields you want to includes).

This may be a Selling Manager Pro feature of Seller Hub. If so, for that feature, you would need a Premium or higher store subscription to get it for free. 

It wouldn't make sense with your item count to pay for a store that size - especially just to get custom labels.

You may want to post on the Selling board, explain what you want to do (organize your inventory or whatever), and ask how other sellers accomplish it. That board is more of a discussion format, so may be of some help to you.

I have a personal account and a basic store account, and both have the Custom Label option available.

That seems to shoot down my theory. But I can't figure out why the OP isn't seeing the option...

OP might try another browser, as some options and check boxes not being viewable or clickable are sometimes browser related.

ill try other browsers today & see if that helps. im at a loss otherwise, i dont understand what the issue could be. ebay support just stopped responding after the same answers given here.
