I shipped an item on 4/2 and it has not arrived yet. The post office did update the tracking number until 4/6. It is now 4/10 and the item still has not arrived yet. It says it is in transit in the Bronx NY since Tuesday, 4/9. I gave the buyer a complete refund because he was so upset that it had not arrived yet. He gave me a bad review for something I cannot control.    He was very rude so I blocked him.     Is their any more I can do?

I would keep checking the tracking number.  Once it has been delivered, you can reach out to the buyer and see if s/he will accept a Feedback Revision Request.
