buyer bought scarf and then left a horrible feedback and is returning the scarf. I am giving a full refund. Why did ebay refuse to remove her negative feedback. Looks like she has done this before several times to other sellers. how do I get ebay to remove her negative feedback and is there a phone number to call so I understand more??
