This ebay rule of not allowing negative feedback to buyers is flawed. All a seller has to do is post negative feedback by posting it as positive! I recently posted negative feedback with cause against a seller for selling bad merchandise and he replied with a negative and almost threatening reply within a " positive" feedback reply. The fox is to allow negative feedback both ways again.
