negative feedback and threats from buyer

A buyer threatened that if i did not send him additional pictures he would leave negative feedback for 2 items he previously purchased from me,he did indeed leave two negative feedbacks a day later which i reported to ebay and the removed one feedback but left the other,how do i sort this as i seem to be going around in circles with ebay help
