i cannot get a human on the line.  need help been on youtube tutorials all morning. nothings working

@eylehvn     We can help with most buying and selling issues. What kind of problem are you having?   The problem with you tube videos while they can be helpful sometimes might not be up to date info OR they might not be for the listing tool you are using.   OR a policy may have changed since the video was made.



If you would rather contact customer service here are the ways to do so. You have to let customer service call you back if you choose that option as they are working from home.

1. Select Chat or Have us Call You on the left hand side of this page:

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

2. OR if it's Managed Payments related request a call back from the bottom of this page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/start-getting-paid-ebay?id=4795&st=

Select Contact US then type AGENT in the chat box on the lower right corner.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

( Social media can't help with Managed Payments issues)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
