Bought a pants and like to return it is not as discrabed.  

and also bought a sandal that for the size i requested was too small (size 😎  and all I am asking if I return it the sellers pay for the shipping , so I can return it.  I want ebay to get involve with these two sellers and see what they can do in order to send me a label at their expenses.

You don't need to contact eBay.

If you received an item that is not as described, you have 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

The sandals, if you bought the wrong size, you'll have to pay to return them if the seller accepts returns.
