need a breakdown of final value fees for all categories--does this exist?

ebay has a basic list for final value fees--the percentage of the final sale.

is there one with specific costs per item category--for example, hats, vintage books, vintage manuals?

also are we also charged an additional 30 cents final value fee of 30 cents for shipping,

if shipping is charged separately ???

Fees are charged on the item price + shipping + sales tax that eBay is required to collect and remit.  

Fees for most categories are 12.55% +.30 cents  Fees for  Books/  DVD's are 14.55% +.30 cents
