My ebay bucks amount appears to be incorrect, how do I change it?

Why do you think it's incorrect:?

Remember eBay ended the regular Bucks program back on March 31 - no more 1% bucks on purchases.

They are now only offering Bucks specials by invitation from time to time, although I have yet see one.

As posted already ebucks are only now by special invitation for a few days at a time.  Just got one last week for 5%, but was only for one of my ID's and not the others.
