my adress and postal service records

I'm trying to create a listing, and ebay wants my street address to confirm identity. It won't accept a PO box. but there is no postal service at my street address because I live on a rural route. I tried putting in my address anyway, and it said it doesn't match postal service records. Well, duh, that 's because I don't have mail delivery here. Any idea how I can get around this?

I recommend ending your current listing until you can complete your managed payments registration or your money is going to end up in limbo if the dress sells.   Select end from the drop down menu next to the item on the active listings page. 

This is a long shot but it does sometimes work even for addresses that are rural:  

 Try standardizing your address by doing a zip code look up. Sometimes a period or abbreviation is different than USPS uses and it throws the system off.

Copy your address exactly as it shows on the USPS web site

Your name and address on your checking account must match your eBay account exactly.  A PO box can not be used for the registration address but it can still be used for the ship from and to address. 

If that doesn't work then you will need to contact customer service and ask how to proceed.
