I have had multiple occasions where an offer was sent to me via mobile app, which I accepted, but the ebay system did NOT charge the buyer--or remove the item from active listings. It somehow recognizes it as sold but does not complete the sale or put the item into my order page--and doesn't charge the buyer.
I've had to re-list multiple items as buy it now at the accepted price for the buyer to purchase then quickly delete the original listing since I have only one of these items.
I've made multiple calls to ebay about this issue and am told it would be resolved in an hour. It has been nearly a week since this system has failed. Please resolve this. It's causing sellers and buyers a lot of strife.
