If the purchase was older than sixty days, it may no longer appear in the default view of the purchase history.
Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account?
Or while not signed in -- as a guest?
Otherwise, eBay may have removed the listing or the seller. If that is the case, and there is a problem with the order, you may still be able to pursue a case through PayPal (if you used PayPal) or through your payment method.
