many of my folders under messages are empty. one in particular is 'cybertimepc'. all the help they provided me is gone.
i have sent them an email but have not heard back. i am a great grandmother and plan to buy from them again.
their help is invaluable and i need to get contact back with them.
'how' do i get back all the missing info from my 'seller' folders?
any help/info is appreciated.
