missing feedback

I remember the old ebay would show who had'nt left you feedback   is there a way to see this now??

There is no easy way to see who hasn't left you feedback. You'd have to compare your sellers' IDs to the feedback you received on your feedback page.

Members are complaining here every day that the feedback icons have been removed from Purchase History.

You can use the Tell us what you think link at the top of your Purchase History page to let eBay know your thoughts. The more they hear it, the better chance of being restored.
