I making a purchase the delivery time state 2 to 3 days . The item is a phone and was needed . After waiting a week I looked at the order and wrote to seller , they responded and changed the date, and told me to be patient. I ordered June 10 the first arrival date was to be on July 5th. and the told me to be patient so I wrote to them. I was to be here today and I really needed it 2 weeks ago. I want to cancel and just go buy another phone. This has been more than inconvenient. I submitted a report to ebay and receive notices that they will decide. I would like to speak with a rep. and have done circles trying to call and when I did the phone was automated. This happened before on another site. The constant putting off until the date came when I couldn't make a report and the disappeared..they told me to be patient...who says that

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
