message attachment photo appearing as html

paper clip icon appears next to message, but at end of message only html appears, no actual photos.

Is the message from a buyer?  My guess is that the buyer has a photo in a format that cannot be attached, and is trying to use another method of sending the photo, which apparently is not working either.  Respond to the buyer and let them know.  What are they trying to send?  What is the problem?
