markdown manager not working properly again 2nd week in a row

Markedown manager will not end or start on designated times. Been 4 hours and still no markdowns. C'mon man, get it right. Continues to be the same problem. Please someone from tech support read this email. And yes I know this is a forum. It always seems funny how it always gets fixed when I post on public forum. MMMMMMMMM are you listening ebay. Private eye in the sky. 20+ years veteran on ebay and I don't need any response from the peanut gallery.
