looking for a replacement handle for a Range Craft Sears 6 Qt pot, that has 2 side handles.

I think the pot is from about 1963. The black oval (with a hole in the middle) handle is about 3 1/4" wide and 

1 7/8" deep. It attaches to a bracket which is soldered onto the side of the pot. The bracket is 2 1/4" wide and sticks out from the pot about 3/4". 

There is a 2 3/4"  long  "wire" piece with a trianguar bend in the middle which somehow attaches the handle to the bracket.

I don't hold a lot of  hope that anyone can figure out how to replace this handle, but I sure LOVE this pot!
