Is there a way to look at items, without trigger a offer to buy. Ive been using ebay for reseach for item I have that I have to sell. I find that ebay is better than goggle for this.

Disabling "offers to buyers" in your Communication Preferences should prevent some offers:

https://commspreferences.ebay.com/commsprefs

It may not prevent all of them, however.

If you do not want to receive any offers, try searching while not signed in to eBay. Or search while signed in to a different eBay account with a different email address where you can ignore such offers.
