Any solution to never getting the pin via phone or text? I only have the one number that I have used for more than 10 years. It never arrives. I don't have a secondary number to use.

Are you able to verify via email or sign in using the eBay app?
If you can sign in, check to make sure your phone number has not been changed in your eBay account.
