local pickup returns

I sold 2 large living room chairs with local pickup only.  The buyer came and inspected the chairs and took them home.  Hours later they asked for a return stating the chairs were stained, ripped and dirty but "very nice".  These chairs were perfect when they left my hose.  How do I handle this.  I feel it is buyers remorse.  She tried to get me to lower my price when they arrived.  Now she wants me to pick up or pay for the return.  They live over 2 hours away. 

What should I do.  They paid using Ebay payments.
