local pickup issues

My item sold and the Buyer paid, but can't seem to get him to set up a pickup.  Suggestions?

@ducky295  Message them and let them know that if they don't pick up by X date you will have to issue a refund.  Cancel the sale as problem with buyers address within 30 days of the date of sale.
