listing not showing on profile despite it being up for 24 hrs and having my paypal and credit card

hello all

recently i put up a listing for my laptop (https://www.ebay.com/itm/334067060510) and it has not attracted any page views. in wonder of this issue, i checked my profile, and saw that it was not under "user listings" i have my credit card and paypal set up on my ebay profile, and it has been over 24 hrs since i put it up. please help!

Every time you revise a listing before it is indexed, it goes to the back of the line again.
