this seller has not shipped this item as of yet it was  mistakenly bought on the 18th . says it is shipped no way it could be . this was at night  . nothing open . ebay gave it until the 30th to get here . i do not know where it is or even if it has been shipped . what can i do ????

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item.  What is the last estimated delivery date?  You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.

If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

thank you kindly . my bank wants to have ebay get first crack at it . it is so frustraighting to not know where it is or if it has even been shipped . it is not listed as shipped . seller refused to cancel . says it was shipped on the 18th . false . it was done late so no way anything was open to ship it . i feel like i got scammed !!!!!!!!!
