leaving positive feedback of seller

I keep getting requests from the Seller to leave them a 5 star rating. I did that 2 months ago when the item arrived. Now, I'm trying to find on eBay's web pages where I can leave them another excellent rating but I can't find any place to do that. I don't want the seller to leave me a negative buyer's feedback just because my feedback of them got lost in the shuffle somehow. Please help me resolve this issue.

Don't worry about that.  The seller physically can not give his buyers negative feedback.  

eBay removed the ability of sellers to give negative feedback to their buyers in 2008.  Management worried that buyers would feel inhibited from giving honest feedback to the sellers for fear of sellers retaliation.  You can see the rest of the story at https://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/changes.html  scroll down to #4.
