My dashboard shows that I was late shipping 2 items I sold, I was not late on my end, USPS was late in delivering, how do I get these removed??

If your item was scanned during your handling time, there is no impact to your account, even if USPS is late.

If it only shows late delivery, but was scanned on time, it should be in the "removed" column.

Unfortunately the only scan that was ever done was at the items final location, 4 days after I sent it. Ebay  will not remove the ding on my account.

yes, you need the initial timely scan to get a ding removed (in fact, it's automatically removed).

This is why many of us wait at the counter to see the item scanned and get a receipt, or train our pickup postal worker to always scan at pickup.
