I was sold two pairs of pants and only one arrived but was not the size as described. And now when i type the item number in for a refund it shows as "no items sold" but that's not true. No matter how I type in the information my purchases don't show up, and the seller also doesn't show up. How do i get in touch with eBay for a refund? Thank you.
