Hi Everyone,
I reported this issue sometime ago , and was told that it was fixed . Now that they have rolled out this new item specifics update again the same thing is happening again . When I fill in everything that pertains to a such a a gone with the wind hurricane lamp i fill in everything and if it does not apply i enter N/A . get to the bottom to update the listing and post it i get a message Listing Errors , Opps looks like you missed something. Please fix the problem below , Item specifics , come on already , everything is filled out , i get this message so i take off the N/A then it tells me i need to fill out all the item specifics ,I call eBay and get the run around with a robot telling me item specifics have to be filled out by a deadline ,etc. I know this , not my question. She said she would report my concerns . I asked again as before when payment manager came on board and we had to the same tasks , they gave me a ticket # and i never heard a word from anyone. Now i get the same . This time i asked for the ticket # and how long before this issue is addressed she said give it 48 hours. I have over 40 lamps to update for their updates and all this wasted time can be used to list new items in my store that are sitting in my warehouse ready to list . Has anyone else came across this issue ? if so please let me know what you have down to get a vintage or antique lamp listed .. Thanks in advance , 4grammy2
