item specifics are disappearing

For a long time we've noticed that our number of views have been dwindling down to 0 on a number of our listings.  I started doing some research on the issue and noticed that all the item-specific keywords are missing!!!  This is the case for all the items that are not getting hits.

Has anyone else noticed this?  Is this something I'm doing wrong or has ebay been hit with a virus or something?

Please let me know!  I don't want to enter all of these listings and keywords over again, particularly if they just disappear.

I have not seen any other reports of this. You can contact eBay and let them know.
