Have you contacted your seller? That is the place to start. Have your seller put a trace on the package. It is likely not lost but just held up somewhere. I ship a lot of packages weekly and they rarely lose a package, but there sure have been some significantly held up along their journey.
So the place to start is with your seller and ask them to file a trace. Also you should go to the USPS website, call up the tracking number and sign up for email notifications as any new entry happens to the tracking. That way you get current updates quickly.
